Clinical Referral

TRACTOR Food & Farms fulfills healthy food prescriptions for Health Providers and Clinics through Farefield. If you are a Health Provider interested in learning more about Farefield and how you can make referrals, please reach out to us.

On Medicaid, see if you quality for a Farefield share through the Healthy Opportunities Pilot.

Don’t qualify for a clinical referral? Through TRACTOR’s Healthy Harvest program, seasonal produce is still available to community members at no cost at partner community garden markets and food pantries across Mitchell, Yancey, Avery, and Madison Counties.
