TRACTOR Food & Farms fulfills prescriptions for food subscriptions through Farefield. If you are interested in receiving a share, please contact your doctor or local health agency. If you are a health agency or medical office looking to make a referral, please contact TRACTOR. Referrals are currently made by, but not limited to the following health and wellness partners:
