Clinical Referral

TRACTOR Food & Farms fulfills prescriptions for food subscriptions through Farefield.

All available Farefield Referral spots are full at this time and new enrollment is closed for the 2023 Programming Season. If you are a Health & Wellness Provider interested in learning more about Farefield and how you can make referrals in 2024, please call 828-372-2441 and leave a detailed message.

Through TRACTOR’s Healthy Harvest program, our seasonal produce is still available to community members at no cost in several community garden markets and food pantries throughout Mitchell, Yancey, Avery, and Madison Counties.

The produce is always fresh and I appreciate the farmers.  I am a senior that lives alone and having this produce encourages me to prepare better meals. May God Bless this program!
